I am Harry and I absolutely love coaching

Why Coaching with me?

I help people share their story in ways that allow them to find their own answers and solutions within the conversation.  The coaching sessions are very healing because people are able to express themselves whilst I hold the space which I do very well. 

I help people simplify their life by bringing awareness to their words and thoughts as well showing them the positives through different perspectives.

I am very truthful and honest with a very calming energy.  I have a gift of getting the best out of people.

I have a lot of experience from life and business which allows me to relate to all types of people. 

​

I originate from the fitness industry where I ran 2 successful personal training studios in London for 12 years.  I managed a team of over 30 staff and my company serviced over 10,000 personal training sessions.   My company specialised in transformations which allowed me to be part of many life changing stories

I also ran a Fitness Education company where I trained people to become personal trainers and had a real passion for teaching and coaching.

​

When Covid hit, my business was impacted heavily which eventually saw my company go into liquidation.

I decided to leave the fitness industry and move into coaching which was a big transition for me.​​

​

I create powerful meditation experiences, deliver live workshops and create a number of courses that all can be done online

​

I work with a wide range of clients including people who have been fighting terminal illnesses and this where the Soul Coaching evolved.  I got to witness miracles seeing people taking control of their life through challenging choices and consistency. 

My methodology is to Simplify Life Down to a Choice and this concept works so effectively.
